Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking a session or using the Jolibe Photography website. By securing our services, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

1. Booking, Retainer & Payment

To secure your session date, a non-refundable retainer fee (usually 30% to 50% depending on the package) and a signed contract are required. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the day of the shoot. Without the retainer, the date remains open to other clients.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If the client cancels the shoot, the retainer is forfeited as liquidated damages. If rescheduling is necessary due to inclement weather or emergencies, we will do our best to accommodate a new date within 60 days, subject to our availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Delivery & Archiving of Images

High-resolution edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 14-21 business days (4-6 weeks for weddings). We do not provide RAW or unedited files under any circumstances, as they do not represent our finished standard of work.

Galleries will remain online for 6 months. It is the client's responsibility to download and backup their images. For gallery retrieval after this period, an archiving fee may apply. If you encounter any issues downloading your files, please contact support@inspiringphotographer.com.

4. Artistic License

Jolibe Photography is hired for our distinct cinematic and warm aesthetic. We reserve the right to creatively edit the images based on our professional judgment. Extensive retouching (e.g., body manipulation, removal of complex background elements) is not included in standard packages and may incur additional fees.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

While we take utmost care with our equipment and backups, Jolibe Photography is not liable for data loss due to catastrophic equipment failure, acts of God, or other situations beyond our control. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
