When you hire Jolibe Photography, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive "Print Release" for personal use. This means you are legally permitted to:
- Print the images for personal display in your home or as gifts for family and friends.
- Share the images on your personal social media accounts (tagging/crediting Jolibe Photography is highly appreciated).
3. Prohibited Usage
Without the express, prior written permission of Jolibe Photography, you may NOT:
- Alter, edit, or apply filters (e.g., Instagram filters) to the delivered final images.
- Use the images for commercial purposes, business marketing, or sell them to third-party entities (magazines, stock agencies, vendors) without purchasing a Commercial License.
- Download, copy, or screenshot images directly from our website portfolio or social media to use as your own.
4. Copyright Infringement & DMCA
We actively monitor the web for unauthorized use of our work. Any unauthorized commercial use, theft, or reproduction of our intellectual property will result in immediate legal action, including DMCA takedown notices and claims for statutory damages.
